וַיֹּ֨אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֲלֵהֶ֗ם אִם־יַעַבְר֣וּ בְנֵי־גָ֣ד וּבְנֵי־רְאוּבֵ֣ן ׀ אִ֠תְּכֶם אֶֽת־הַיַּרְדֵּ֞ן כָּל־חָל֤וּץ לַמִּלְחָמָה֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וְנִכְבְּשָׁ֥ה הָאָ֖רֶץ לִפְנֵיכֶ֑ם וּנְתַתֶּ֥ם לָהֶ֛ם אֶת־אֶ֥רֶץ הַגִּלְעָ֖ד לַאֲחֻזָּֽה׃
Sinabi sa kanila ni Moises, “Kung tatawid na kasama ninyo sa Jordan ang mga anak ni Gad at ang mga anak ni Ruben, ang bawat isang may sandata para sa digmaan sa harap ng Walang-Hanggan, at masakop ang lupain sa harap ninyo, ibibigay ninyo sa kanila ang lupain ng Gilead bilang pag-aari.
Targum Jonathan
and said to them: If the sons of Gad and of Reuben go over the Jordan with you, every one armed for the war, before the people of the Lord, and the land be subdued before you, then shall you give to them the land of Gilead for a possession.
